At Cárnicas Dibe, we acquire deer, wild boar, roe deer, fallow deer, and mouflon carcasses from all over the Iberian Peninsula. We purchase game from driven hunts, culling, selective hunting, waiting, and stalking. We have well-equipped facilities that ensure traceability, better quality, and a secure process for our products, all supported by our certification in I.F.S. At Cárnicas Dibe, we understand that the difference is made by people. Therefore, our family business concept has evolved into a company made up of a young, innovative, trained, and capable team to meet our clients' needs. We invest in technology to improve and enhance the quality of our processes. We have advanced IT systems that assist in the traceability of the industry, allowing us to track a carcass from its entry to its exit through all the terminals installed in each of our production rooms. We have a highly qualified Quality department that is continuously engaged in R&D projects, seeking new production processes that guarantee our top priority: the food safety of our products.
