Unge specialister - kandidater fra Kuzbass State Technical University arbejder i Innovative Transport Plants konstruktionsafdeling, højtkvalificerede mekanikere og svejsere inden argon-buesvejsning monterer hovercrafts til alle slags terræn. Succesen af vedvarende researchaktiviteter inden for konstruktionen af innovativ transport for Arktis bekræftes af den årlige registrering af nye patenter - der er allerede 38 patenterede innovationer.
