The ballast water management system solution is one of a kind. The system is special because it does not contain any bad chemicals that potentially harm the maritime environment. The ballast water treatment system heat up the ballast water which means, that is does not pollute. It is very important to clean the ballast water as it contains plants, animals and bacteria which typically are being discharged in the wrong maritime areas. The ballast water management plan kill all these living organism in order to prevent bacterias from spreading in the wrong oceans. The system is not approved by the USCG, but will be in 2019.
