In manufacturing, we punch and produce demanding parts on precision stamping machines from Haulik & Roos with Vester process monitoring of 32 - 63t pressing force, as well as Exender and hydraulic presses up to 100t pressing force, in sheet thicknesses ranging from 0.05 – 3.00mm and widths up to 220mm, made from brass, copper, bronze, and aluminum alloys, stainless steels, spring steels, cold strip, including threaded parts in small to large quantities. Among other things, we manufacture for the automotive technology, electrical engineering, safety technology, valve construction, control and regulation technology, and the music industry. We deliver the parts according to your requirements, for example as bulk goods, individually packaged, as stamping strips, with various surface treatments such as KTL-coated, with pad printing, partially or fully gold-plated, silver-plated, tin-plated, ground, tumbled, electropolished, brushed, degreased, or assembled into units by riveting or using resistance welding technology with process monitoring. We have a 3D coordinate measuring machine with probing and scanning functions. Spectrum Manufacturing of stamping, bending, and stamping-bending parts using progressive die technology and drawn parts, e.g., for the automotive supply, electrical, sanitary, and hardware industries, safety equipment, valve construction, as well as musical instrument craftsmanship. Delivery of stamped parts as bulk goods, stamping grids, on carrier bands on reels, or according to special packaging regulations/agreements. Degreasing, galvanic finishing, hardening/tempering, laser marking of stamped parts is done externally with fixed partners. Vibratory finishing or tumbling of stamped parts. Manufacturing of any wire bending parts with a diameter of up to 2.5 mm according to machine capabilities. Wire erosion of drawing parts. Digitizing of 2D contours and output as DXF, as well as measurements with Werth Scope Sceck 3D coordinate measuring machine with additional probing in the measuring range of 200m x 200mm.
