We are a company whose origins date back to 1971, founded as a metal goods manufacturer. From the very beginning, we have focused on eyewear components using stamping, bending, and embossing processes. Due to increasing customer demands, it became necessary for us to acquire and implement soldering using HF generators. This enabled us to produce complete raw eyewear. With the specialized knowledge gained in the soldering area and through reference statements, we subsequently received many inquiries and orders from the dental and electrical industries, such as soldering silver contacts onto carriers and soldering coaxial connectors in various versions. The use of HF generators for soldering also allowed for partial or selective annealing. This processing option was also in high demand from our customers. With continuous growth in the areas of soldering and selective annealing, as well as eyewear manufacturing, we were encouraged to split the company into two entities in 1989. One entity continued the eyewear manufacturing, while the other entity, Wilhelm Sölch GmbH, continuously expanded production. In response to customer requests, the soldering and selective annealing processes were supplemented by annealing turned parts, such as connector pins, snap and crimp sleeves in chamber and convection ovens. Additionally, steel parts for the forming technology industry are annealed in chamber furnaces under vacuum and in pot furnaces under protective gas.
