About us

In 1956, Hubert Deimel founded the 'Hubert Deimel Household Goods Factory'. The 'Famos' potato peeler was produced. This product became a bestseller and laid the foundation for the company's successful development. Today, the company is called Westmark GmbH and offers more than 2,500 items. As a specialized partner for retail, Westmark provides a portfolio of practical gastronomy and kitchen aids as well as household goods. Core competencies include manual household aids in the areas of peeling, cutting, portioning, food preparation, serving and take-away, canning, baking, enjoying, gift items, baskets, and table sets. A large portion of the revenue comes from items that are MADE IN GERMANY and produced in-house. Manufacturing departments include plastic injection molding and extrusion, aluminum die casting, zinc die casting, and metal processing. Production takes place at the headquarters in Lennestadt-Elspe and in Wittelsberg.
