We are Westfalenfleiß! We are a non-profit organization under the sponsorship of the Workers' Welfare Association, District of Western Westphalia e.V., based in Dortmund, and Lebenshilfe Münster e.V. People with disabilities are at the center of our mission. Since 1925, we have been providing them in Münster and Telgte: - suitable workplaces for professional rehabilitation - differentiated housing options - individual assistance in the areas of living and leisure. Around 900 people with intellectual, physical, and/or multiple disabilities, as well as those with mental health issues, work with us in a variety of professional fields. We offer eight workshop locations and around 70 external job placements in other companies. Additionally, we are a specialized workshop for deaf individuals. In our residential community, around 270 people with intellectual and multiple disabilities find a home. The range of special housing forms includes four residential facilities with intensive round-the-clock assistance, an integrated housing complex, an apartment building, three shared living arrangements, external living groups, and decentralized living. Our specialized service "Ambulant Supported Living" also provides assistance for approximately 80 users in their self-rented apartments. This service is aimed at individuals with intellectual and mental impairments. Our goal is unrestricted participation in society!
