The production process currently used by Tistamp arises from synergies between the laboratory and the production department. All the dyes requested by our customers are sampled using state-of-the-art equipment. Once the processing is completed, the fabrics are checked according to quality parameters developed through direct experience and training courses. Goods are delivered to the customer only after passing this control phase. The use of ecologically tested and guaranteed substances allows us to offer products that can be distributed throughout the European market, which is very attentive to the environment and human health. The increasingly demanding market requires not only perfect dyes but also new and cutting-edge treatments and finishing processes. This process is implemented by our company using machinery designed and built following the guidelines of our finishing managers, thus achieving results that are an exclusive asset of the company. The treatments are aimed at both natural fibers such as cotton and wool, which are now significantly present in the textile market. REACH standards are updated every 3 months. OEKOTEX is updated annually.
