From wall thicknesses of 0.3 mm to 5 mm (depending on the material), our strengths lie in heavily deformable metals with external dimensions up to 600 mm. Stainless steels, heat-resistant metals, and lightweight metals in forming, along with tight tolerances in the results, expand the application area of this classic manufacturing technique, which is about 300 years old. The direct connection of metal pressing and deep drawing, the use of modern control technology, documented workflows, and in-house toolmaking form the basis of our quality standards and our flexibility in these specific areas of sheet metal forming. Our traditional company was founded in 1951 by Alfred Thate. The valuable experiences we have gathered since then are now available to you thanks to our small but dedicated team. We collaborate with more than 120 companies. They all appreciate that for us, identification with our product is more important than achieving maximum productivity through division of labor. With a workforce of 28 people, teamwork and a good working atmosphere are not lofty goals but a fundamental requirement. Especially in development phases, during supply bottlenecks, or similar cases, our operational structures prove their worth. Decades-long business relationships in medical technology, aerospace technology, shipbuilding and plant construction, signal technology, and navigation device manufacturing show that we continuously evolve alongside our customers at a high technical level.
