Sungroup was established in Bursa in 2001, in line with the developing plastic sector and increasing demands, with a primary focus on the production of high-tech coloring materials for the automotive and PET yarn industries. Initially, our facility had a total capacity of 3,500 tons/year, and over the years, while continuously increasing its market share, it has raised its capacity to an average of 7,000 tons/year through new investments and technology transfers. The work that started with automotive and PET has been expanded, and as of today, we are in a position to serve the film, injection, cable, blow molding, construction, CF, BCF, and extrusion sectors. In addition to the product range that starts with colored concentrate and continues with additives, development studies in the PA, PET, and PP sectors, which require high technology and know-how, have been completed with the assistance of foreign consultants, and we have reached the stage of offering patented products to the industry. With the completion of our recent R&D studies, liquid coloring production has started for the first time in Turkey. In order to respond to all kinds of demands from our customers and provide the best technical support, we collaborate with leading international firms in the industry. Products that are needed in the sector and are not produced in our country are evaluated on a project basis to provide the most suitable solutions to customers, thereby reducing the Turkish industry's dependence on foreign sources.
