Stucco Palladiano and Marmoriv are mineral lime plasters based on white marble powder from Northern Italy and slaked lime (Grassello), which are processed in multiple layers to create the typical effect surfaces. Depending on the product and application, you can achieve mirror-smooth, polished, high-gloss finishes or various visual variations, such as washouts, crack effects, or concrete effects. The elegant, modern style and the favorable indoor climate are just a few of the advantages of using lime plasters. Additionally, there are many more benefits, such as odor binding from the air while simultaneously reducing pollutants and the enormous durability of the surfaces. Due to the alkaline nature of lime, mold and bacteria have no chance of settling. A pre-treatment of the substrates is essential for materials such as drywall, tiles, sheets, steel doors, OSB, MDF, glass, concrete, etc. For this, apply Fissativo marmo with a brush or roller before the first layer of lime plaster. This marble powder-based acrylic dispersion provides the perfect adhesion for the subsequent plaster layers while easily accommodating building-physical expansions. For surfaces exposed to grease and acid (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.), a post-treatment with Punic wax or Venetian soaps is essential for protection. These are applied using the same technique and result in an even higher gloss level of the surfaces.
