SFIZIO was born from an idea by Antonio Martorana and Aya Yamada, who, driven by their shared passion for good food, decided to create a small workshop in the center of Montelupo Fiorentino, just a stone's throw from Florence, in the heart of Tuscany. Here, we produce various types of cantucci and tea biscuits, carefully selecting all high-quality ingredients, such as Italian almonds, figs from Cosenza, pistachios, and chocolate, creating new and unusual combinations with delicate and surprising flavors, presented in meticulously crafted and modern packaging that always keeps the contents in clear view. All stages of our production are entirely artisanal, from the preparation of the dough to the cutting of the biscuits and the final packaging. The flavor of our biscuits comes exclusively from the ingredients used, as we do not use any artificial flavors or vanillin, nor, of course, colorants or preservatives. Only natural ingredients, a lot of care, and passion.
