SCHNEIDER-HEGI AG was founded 116 years ago as a supplier to the watch industry. Today, we are manufacturers of micro and precision turned parts with diameters ranging from 0.10 mm to 20.00 mm. Our products are used, among others, for medical instruments, measuring instruments, electrical and electronic devices, mini motors, and door cylinders. We also supply the aerospace industry. At our location in Oberdorf in Baselland, our large, modern machine park spans a total production area of 2,500 m². We process: COREPOINT®, our globally patented product Steel, in all alloys Bronze, copper, brass Aluminum Hard metal, with diameters between 0.3 to 2.0 mm Plastic (e.g., Peek) We handle production from very small to very large series. We create precision parts with very tight tolerances, which we continuously check during production and, if necessary, 100% before delivery using state-of-the-art measuring instruments on fully automated control machines. We have been ISO 9001 certified since 1999.
