The digital printing-based PrintoLUX® process has set new standards for the production of industrially used labels. Compared to conventional methods such as engraving or screen printing, savings of over 50 percent are not uncommon. The only process in the world that enables high mobility and seamless labeling on construction sites in assembly situations. With the PrintoLUX® process, the production of labels is quick. Short-term changes to project data can be immediately reflected with updated labels without delay. Fundamentally: In the PrintoLUX® process, several components work together with equal importance: certified carrier materials, pre-treatment, software, special inks, printing systems, and thermal units. All steps and components make an indispensable contribution to success. The PrintoLUX® Idea PrintoLUX® has developed and patented a process that allows PrintoLUX®-certified materials made of metal and plastic to be digitally printed in industrial-grade durability, currently up to 320 mm x 540 mm with a height of up to 500 mm. The PrintoLUX® process is unique worldwide and replaces previous methods such as screen printing, anodizing, engraving, laser cutting, and plotting in many application areas. With PrintoLUX®, the production of labels becomes simpler, more flexible, faster, and more cost-effective.
