The company provides the production and supply of hair products, toilet cases, and glass nail files. Our products cover a wide assortment of hair combs and brushes, from simple ones for personal use to professional hairdressers' combs and brushes made from antistatic, highly resistant, and functional materials. We offer many products of our own design, as well as producing our clients' own designs and products. Additionally, our company has been providing the production and assembly of custom-molded parts for clients since 1989. In our factory, we can produce any molded parts using injection molding technology for thermoplastics with a clamping force of up to 1100 KN, and we can work with almost all types of technological plastics. Injection molding technology ensures the production of very high-quality and precise molded parts, and a well-designed mold eliminates the need for additional shaping. Material waste is minimized through the recycling and reuse of thermoplastic remnants. The injection cycle is quite fast and can be extensively automated. Injection molding technology guarantees highly time- and cost-effective production of molded parts, which reflects in the final price of such products. In our production cycle, we use some of the best and most modern injection machines from the German brand FERROMATIK Milacron. To provide our clients with a comprehensive service, we supply injection molds, assemble molded parts, and handle their printing and packaging.
