As a multilingual specialized team, we focus on creating the right strategy - according to customer needs - and select, build, and manage sales networks of agents, distributors, business partners, managers, customers, and investors, too. We support producers by implementing targeted projects in different sectors (mainly technical and design-related fields), addressing and supporting their commercial and industrial operations in the most appropriate foreign markets. As a first step, we meet with the owner to understand the company, the product range, and the competitive positioning, conducting market research to identify the most suitable countries and distribution channels and to create feasible local sales networks by choosing the most suitable candidates. These foreign commercial referrals are selected based on specific research profiles previously agreed upon. Together with our customers, we define strategies, objectives, and tools, outlining actions, required resources, and timing.
