Particle engineering is part of particle technology. It is the art of controlling matter at the nano and microscale to create particulate structures with optimized functional properties. Based on these structures, particle-based functional materials can be produced, which find applications in a variety of fields. ParteQ GmbH provides the tools for this. Our goal is to represent the entire gas-phase aerosol technology-based process chain from synthesis to functionalization and characterization using suitable particle measurement technology, all the way to product recovery. We offer scalable synthesis systems for complex functional materials and particle measurement technology for characterizing product properties. In the field of functional material production, ParteQ GmbH focuses on the synthesis of nanoparticles and nanopowders. Furthermore, functionalization at the nanoscale of powders in the micrometer to millimeter range is possible. The methods include flame spray pyrolysis for the production of oxide nanoparticles, as well as arc and plasma processes for the synthesis of metallic, metal oxide, or heterogeneous particle structures. Additionally, we provide high-quality aerosol measurement technology and particle measurement technology. Here, fine dust measurement and the measurement of ultrafine aerosols are a focus.
