Primarily for components used in military technology, marine technology, and aerospace, we offer various technologies such as anodizing in clear and as immersion dyeing in a constantly available large color palette. Our services also include partial finishing of aluminum components as a combined process of chromating and anodizing, as well as yellow chromating and REACH compliant clear passivation of aluminum with SurTec 650. Furthermore, our services include pickling, passivation, and electropolishing of stainless steel. At our modern facility with a capacity of several million parts per year, we can process parts with dimensions of 2000mm in length, 600mm in width, and 1000mm in depth. The continuous bath control in our own laboratory and permanent quality controls with layer thickness testing, fit testing, and visual inspections ensure the highest quality standards from the first to the last piece.
