OST.Works – Personal has been active in personnel placement since 2013. Our mission is to address the shortage of skilled workers in Germany and other EU countries by providing qualified workers from Eastern Europe. That’s why we exclusively place trained skilled workers who have the appropriate education and experience. Mostly, OST.Works – Personal operates through employee leasing, whereby new employees are essentially borrowed.
