this is not Belgian style / but we still put our Belgian touch in it In our flat country with countless standardized beers named after tradition and the worn-out recipes so dear to our industrialists. No Science wants, like a too small number of breweries here, to share its own interpretations of recipes in minority styles in the land of abbey beers: I.P.A.s, Porters, Bitters, or Single Hops with a bold taste, a dominant hoppy bitterness without heaviness, nor excessive inflation of the alcohol content. Long-time fans of electrified music that rocks and influences us even in the choice of beer names, we would like to bring with No Science this little dissonant note, this irreducible grain of distortion that may be unsettling but gives things and events that too rare quality of unique experiences.
