We are the beekeepers who ensure that the pine honey, blended with the beautiful rich plant flora and red pine forests of the IZMIR Peninsula and the Basra beetle outbreak, reaches you in its most precious form. We work with four different producers, each with over 20 years of experience, who obtain pine honey in the Seferihisar and Menderes regions of the IZMIR Peninsula based on the principle of CORRECT beekeeping, producing it in boutique quantities without putting the bees under production stress, allowing them to follow their natural cycle. Pasteurization causes the loss of enzymes and beneficial components in honey. At More Apiculture, we jar our honeys without damaging the enzymes, proteins, vitamins, and antioxidants they contain, delivering them to you in their most healing form, the true owners of the honey. BALMER is a Shared Use Facility established under the "My Bees, My Honey, My Hive" project, supported by the partnership between the Republic of Turkey and the European Union, and conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Technology under the "Competitive Sectors Program." Our honey undergoes a total of 400 different tests, including basic analysis of 14 parameters, ensuring it is free from any residues/pesticides, additive-free, and filled in jars under extremely hygienic conditions at BALMER facilities without any human touch, delivering it to you in the most valuable and pure form that the bees find in nature.
