We manufacture nesting tables, coffee tables, membrane tables, service tables, furniture accessories, and wooden coffee tables in Turkey. Our products are guaranteed. As Mirabella Tables, officially known as Mirabella Furniture Carpet Production Marketing Inc., we have been producing nesting tables, coffee tables, and nesting coffee table models since 2012 in a 1,000 m2 closed area located in KONYA - Karatay Modesa Furniture Industrial Site. The products we manufacture are in demand in many provinces of Turkey. We continue to work with approximately 220 furniture stores. * We produce tables with membrane coating on 18mm first-class raw MDF. * The membrane PVC we use is of first-class quality, available in 20mm, 40mm, and 50mm thicknesses. * Before applying the PVC coating, we apply white glue on the raw MDF and after a half-hour drying period, we coat it in a membrane press machine at a temperature of up to 120 degrees. * The legs of the tables are made from dried and kiln-treated beech wood, also known as hornbeam wood, with a thickness of 6 cm. * The part where the MDF and legs are assembled is pressed with 1.5 mm iron sheet in a 40-ton press machine, ensuring strength and indicating that there are no balance issues. * We cut the table models ourselves using our CNC router machine. * To ensure that our products do not get damaged during transportation, we first wrap them in stretch film and then ship them in double-quality cardboard packaging. * Our products are completely disassembled and shipped ready for assembly.
