Since 1975, we have been operating a workshop for wooden umbrellas based on traditional craftsmanship. This is where our best umbrellas are made. We no longer produce umbrellas of medium or simpler qualities ourselves; instead, we purchase them—largely from Italy, from traditional companies with which we have collaborated for decades. Even our simplest umbrellas offer UV protection. Medium-quality umbrellas provide even better protection, create pleasant shade, shield against rain, and are robust enough to withstand wind and weather for at least 10 years. In the higher quality tiers, fabrics with greater color fastness and rain resistance are used. These umbrellas last significantly longer and can withstand stronger winds. They are more comfortable to handle, easier to repair, and come in a wider range of sizes, colors, and designs. In terms of design and craftsmanship, they belong to a different category. For non-experts, it is often difficult to assess whether an umbrella is worth its salt or not. To make it a bit easier for you, we strive to provide factual and as accurate product descriptions as possible. We avoid attributes like 'Super Luxury Umbrella,' 'Umbrella de luxe,' 'Exclusive,' 'Super Quality,' and 'Premium Umbrella,' as even the cheapest products are now marketed with such terms.
