This new source of plant-based proteins emphasizes the importance of nutrition in our diet. In addition to protein content, spent grain flour enriches a product with fiber, iron, minerals, and reduces carbohydrate levels. Spent grain flour also brings entirely new flavors and a natural coloration from the grains that make up the spent grains. We offer three variations, as with beer, it will be blonde, ambrée, or brune, thus providing unique flavors for each of these flours: cereal, caramelized, or roasted.
