The Riedel Painting Company is a trusted partner for all types of painting work. Our goal is perfect results, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We take pride in that. Our company was founded on August 1, 1990, by Frank Riedel. Initially, he worked alone in the in-house workshop in Niedercrinitz, focusing primarily on painting East German vehicles, such as Trabant or Wartburg. Soon, the building became too small, and in 1995, we moved to Cunersdorf. On a 1000 m² site, it was only with the help of a few employees that we could also paint larger vehicles, such as buses or trucks. Since February 2001, the metal grinding shop Ralf Riedel has complemented our range of services, providing the "final touch" for various metal parts. With the opening of the Porsche plant in Leipzig, our company became a supplier. This cooperation expanded in the following years to include the Porsche plant in Stuttgart as well. In 2006, the site was expanded by another 1000 m², and a hall was built and remodeled. The new hall is primarily focused on industrial painting, where a robotic painting system optimizes the work. Your three-dimensional parts, which typically have a complex geometry, can be optimally painted using the robotic painting system. The programming can be adjusted so that the different part geometries can be painted flexibly and according to your specifications. Large quantities of your workpieces are thus optimally painted. We can use any type of industrial paint for application – preferably, we process water-based paints that are environmentally friendly and diluted with deionized water instead of organic solvents. Of course, when selecting the appropriate paint material, all factors such as the respective substrate, the desired technical and optical properties, the preferred surface structure, and other individual requirements are taken into account. A laser (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) is an artificial, concentrated beam source. These enable the labeling of various surfaces and materials. In addition to generating a color change (marking), which depends on the material and possibly its coating, deep engraving is also possible. Color removal on painted or coated materials can be achieved through targeted color or material removal, resulting in a laser marking where the color of the underlying material becomes visible. This is used, for example, in the automotive industry.
