We initiate our carpet cleaning service as soon as you contact us, arriving at your address on the same day to assess your carpets and deliver a receipt. After this, your carpets are not counted in the washing process since the service duration is only for that day. On the evening of the collection day, around 10:00 PM, your carpets arrive at our cleaning factory. They undergo stain tests to determine the perspectives to be applied during the washing process. At this stage, any permanent stains are identified and communicated to our customers. This phase includes the detection of stains such as paint that cannot be removed from your carpets and informing the customer about the matter. This procedure is recorded on video. Our company is not responsible for such issues arising from firms not registered with us. Next, in the dust shaking unit, the coarse dust from your carpets is shaken off and prepared for the washing unit. In the washing unit, your carpets are carefully washed with ERA111 carpet shampoos. We offer free carpet cleaning service to all districts of Istanbul.
