I LOVE WHAT I DO … finding a solution for every problem: testing, analyzing, correcting, and optimizing until it fits – that is my standard. I solve tricky tasks with my clients, optimize processes until they are efficient, find the right tools for production, or invent new ones when the necessary ones do not yet exist – and I do all of this with great passion. WHAT DO I DO DIFFERENTLY THAN OTHERS? Pretty much everything! Fundamentally, I am a technician, consultant, and salesperson all in one. I provide specialized consulting, optimize production processes and costs, and guarantee delivery reliability and the best prices. My goal is to make the buyer, foreman, and production manager happy: Through close collaboration, intensive consulting, and numerous tests, we find the most cost-efficient tool for the production process – which, to the surprise of many, is usually not the one with the lowest purchase price. My many years of experience, my understanding of various material properties, and my trusted contacts with manufacturers guarantee excellent purchasing conditions and high delivery reliability for my clients – and this has been the case for 20 years. WHY CAN I DO ALL OF THIS? Because I learned it from the ground up and have been expanding my expertise every day for 20 years, applying it with passion. Since I started my apprenticeship as a machining specialist in 1982 and completed it in 1984 with a specialized qualification in "Grinding Technology," I have been professionally and passionately involved in surface treatment. In 1989, I gained my first experience in the field sales of a trading company, selling tools and operating equipment. I learned about various sales systems, numerous sales representatives from supplier companies, outstanding business owners, as well as business etiquette and practices. With this knowledge, I became self-employed in 1991. I applied to the best German tool manufacturers and received contracts a few months later for the sales representation in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern for Strassmann milling tools, Beck reamers, Hartner drilling tools, Reime threading technology, Iscar hard metal, and Norton abrasives. To this day, the diversity of representations from leading manufacturers and the associated synergy effects are hardly found in the market. Back then, I began to rebuild the sales territories in East Germany. Gradually, my specialized and now independent company emerged, which operates neutrally and freely in the market. Due to the developed structures and my long-standing ties to the industry, I have exceptionally close contacts with the best manufacturers of tools for surface treatment.
