The addition of cross-drillings, knurling, threads, and milling is just as much part of our daily business as finding solutions in design and materials for your turned parts. Our plastic turned parts are used in various sectors, including gas, fittings, and electrical industries, as well as in mechanical engineering, measurement, control, and medical technology. Thanks to the extensive experience of our industrial master in the field of plastic machining, we are very familiar with the quality standards and the corresponding manufacturing techniques. We process almost all types of plastics in our facility. The plastic used for the plastic turned parts can also be processed with additives such as fiberglass or carbon reinforcement in-house. Our processing sizes range from Ø 1–130 mm and, depending on the item and material, up to a length of 320 mm.
