Inoxyda specializes in sand casting of cupro-aluminum alloys for large parts (5m x 5m – 50 tons) as well as continuous cast billets up to a diameter of 410 mm. Inoxyda develops all standardized alloys (EN1982 / ASTM / BS ...) as well as cupro-aluminiums specifically designed for particular technical applications: - Inoxyda 53H / 3P: large dimension cast parts - Inoxyda 53 AMA: non-magnetic applications - Inoxyda 154: high mechanical strength Inoxyda's expertise in large dimension parts allows for the production of all technical components for valves, pumps and turbines, heat exchangers, and naval applications including propulsion. Numerical simulation using Magmasoft is employed from the design stage of the sand molds. A policy of regular investments enables Inoxyda to have the production capabilities to ensure the quality of sand-cast cupro-aluminum parts. Inoxyda delivers raw, semi-finished, or finished machined parts. The company, ISO 9001 certified, holds approvals from classification societies: Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s, ABS, RINA;
