We realize custom cast parts from the first piece and in various materials. In addition to iron casting (gray and ductile iron), we can also offer our customers brass casting, bronze casting, and aluminum multi-alloy bronze. Our focus is on pumps, impellers, valve components, and machinery components. We primarily use the sand casting process, both with clay-bound and resin-bound molding materials. As diverse as our solutions are, so are the technologies employed. In addition to a fully automatic HWS molding system, our company also has semi-automatic molding machines. For larger cast parts, we use the hand molding process. Extensive capabilities in core production complete our portfolio in the foundry. As melting aggregates, we predominantly use induction furnaces with a capacity of up to 1,500 kg. Upon request, we can also offer our customers downstream services (machining, pressure testing, impregnation, etc.).
