We started our business in 1986 driven by the strong personal and entrepreneurial spirit of Baroni Antonio, who had already been in the industry for about 10 years. Initially, we could rely on a thermoforming machine and some power tools. Today, we have 5 thermoforming machines and 3 five-axis cutting centers, as well as state-of-the-art internal departments for modeling, carpentry, workshop, and assembly. In 2008, we obtained the prestigious certifications for the first time according to ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 standards. The combination of the experience of the old generation and the unstoppable ambition of the new one has allowed us in recent years to expand the range of services offered by focusing on new technologies and materials adaptable to our production process. Today, we can count on cutting-edge tools for thermoforming, CNC milling, CAD design, and scanning for reverse engineering or dimensional checks. In 2016, with the inauguration of the new part of the plant, the covered production area has grown to about 3000 square meters. Total independence from third parties ensures maximum confidentiality and a drastic reduction in the time required to fulfill any request. Additionally, the family-run management is synonymous with reliability and quality, as well as the certainty of always having a contact person ready to respond quickly to any request.
