Marzi Medical leverages its experience in managing a high-quality production process to manufacture SURGICAL MASKS and other MEDICAL DEVICES MADE IN ITALY. The masks are produced in controlled contamination environments, with a fully automated process that involves no manual handling. The raw materials are pre-sanitized using a specific ozone treatment. Constant quality checks are performed to ensure compliance with specifications, particularly focusing on the integrity of the elastic welds, which is critical in low-quality products. Each batch is released only after a verification process that concludes with the issuance of a Declaration of Conformity. Our company operates within a quality system built according to the requirements of the ISO 13485 standard certified by BUREAU VERITAS. This includes procedures for raw material checks, recording all activities conducted during production, tracking each batch of finished products and raw materials, and managing the quality of storage and distribution. The Medical Device is CE marked in accordance with the provisions of Directive 93/42 and has been entered into the Ministry of Health's database of medical devices (number 1971810).
