ESPRIT DU SEL, founded in 1984 in the heart of Île de Ré, is committed to maintaining and preserving the heritage value of the salt marshes of Île de Ré. We enhance the products derived from the salt marshes of Île de Ré: sea salt and fleur de sel. Our 100% natural products will bring an authentic flavor to your dishes. To meet everyone's taste preferences, we have created a flavored range of salt and fleur de sel with organic spices. Our daily commitment is to harvest, produce, and market quality, original, and varied products. Our products uphold the respect for tradition, ancestral know-how, and address ecological concerns.
