Our company, Emek Perçin, started its operations in the fasteners sector with rivet production in 1995. We see meeting changing customer demands and enhancing our product range and quality as a necessity. In this direction, we continue our production today with 90 employees in an enclosed area of 8,000 m², increasing our product diversity and production capacity through significant investments alongside the experience we have gained over the years. In our expanding product range, we offer half-hole rivets, various pipe rivets, nut rivets in sizes M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, and M12, mounted nut varieties, screws, pressed screws, washers, bushings, nuts, and other special fasteners. Since 2000, our company has shown continuous growth in exports, responding to the demands of customers in Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. With its young and dynamic structure, our company prioritizes quality and aims for continuous improvement, making it a principle to produce special solutions for each customer. At the beginning of 2006, our company certified its quality with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate, and in 2014, with the TSE Certificate. In 2014, we introduced the 4-Camera Optical Sorting and Picking Machine, the Tensile-Compression Testing Device, and the Hardness Measurement Testing Device for the service of our valued customers. With the new machines purchased at the beginning of 2017, our monthly production capacity has reached 100,000,000 units.
