The Dick und Dick Laserschneid- und Systemtechnik GmbH was founded in 1994 and initially produced laser circuit boards for various industries in contract manufacturing. According to our understanding of service and at the request of our customers, the depth of production has steadily increased. We have invested in conventional drilling and milling technology, CNC bending technology, and a three-headed water jet system. From initially small welding connections, we have grown to high-precision welded assemblies and have become an approved welding company for Deutsche Bahn AG. Our commitment to high accuracy of our components and economical production made the acquisition of a vertical machining center necessary. We monitor and document our production results metrologically with a CNC coordinate measuring machine. Our quality management system is certified according to DIN/ISO 9001/2000. Due to our diverse, sheet metal-oriented manufacturing technology and the extensive knowledge of our employees, we have become known for problem-solving. Today, we manufacture ready-to-install components, among others, for rail and special vehicle construction, shop fitting, energy, and military technology. We operate in a two-shift system. Challenging tasks, both technically and in terms of deadlines, are always a special challenge for us and promote partnership, as we understand this to mean setting and realizing common goals together. Water Jet Cutting Since 1996, we have been producing parts for our customers on water jet cutting systems. The increasing demands from our side and that of our customers regarding the precision of water jet cutting technology have prompted us to engage intensively with the topic of "micro water jet cutting." The result of more than two years of intensive work with water jet systems for micro machining is a high level of expert knowledge and a very successful track record in customer satisfaction. Generative Manufacturing Since 2010, we have been working in our branch office founded in Leipzig on the creation of models, prototypes, and small series using 3D printing techniques. Due to the rapid changes in the market, we are continuously expanding our range of processes and technologies to always provide our customers with the best possible solutions for their manufacturing requests. In addition to the production and further processing of prototypes on our machines, we offer services in the areas of design, simulation, product design, and virtualization.
