The current Diamasa was founded in 1990 under the name dth as a sole proprietorship and traded in diamond tools and the associated machines. After growing success, the construction of the current company building and investment in initial production machines took place in 1996. From this point on, diamond cutting discs and drill crowns have been produced using the hard soldering process. In 1997, the separation from the franchisor occurred, and the company was renamed to Diamasa Diamanttechnik GmbH & Co. KG. The special diamond band saw with cutting heights of up to 400 mm has been manufactured in-house by Diamasa since 2004. The constant further development and quality assurance of our products prompted us to establish a research and development department in 2007. Our ambition, passion, and experience continually drive us to offer our customers first-class products with high quality and utility value. In pursuit of this goal, Diamasa continuously expands its production technologies. Short reaction times, customized products, and special user solutions are realized through the use of welding machines for drill crowns, grinding cups, and diamond cutting discs. By investing in innovative laser welding technology in 2012, the flexibility, safety, and quality of our tools were further improved. As a result, Diamasa has developed into one of the most efficient manufacturers of diamond tools in Germany. Production, Technologies & Safety DIAMASA produces diamond tools in various forms. Through innovative production technologies, our products are constantly being developed further, with the aim of ensuring consistent quality for the highest demands for our customers. - Production of diamond cutting discs, diamond drill crowns, grinding cups using the hard soldering process - Production of diamond drill crowns and grinding cups using the KE welding process - Production of diamond cutting discs with innovative laser welding technology - Production of diamond band saws with cutting heights of up to 400 mm - Recoating of the above-mentioned products (if the base body is usable) - Sharpening, clamping, straightening of diamond cutting discs and creating drilling patterns Quality and Safety To provide our customers with the best possible quality, our products are subject to constant controls. Long-standing supplier relationships and permanent monitoring of the manufacturing process are prerequisites for high, consistent quality and safety. We produce according to the standards of EN 13236.
