DEN AZALEE

Den Azalee is a social workplace, a subsidized employment initiative with social value. We combat poverty and protect our environment through the reuse of goods. With our thrift stores, a range of eco-friendly neighborhood services for the community, and our social restaurant, we fight poverty. We provide work, training, and future prospects to 250 people each year who have little or no chance in the regular job market. By collecting, sorting, repairing, and selling second-hand goods and textiles, we reduce waste, lower CO2 emissions, and combat climate change. Den Azalee encompasses: thrift stores, a bike point, an ironing service, catering and restaurant, and a team focused on energy & housing.
