From its friendly frozen tapas, "infarinata or tempura" (croquettes, squid, rabas...) certified IFS, free from coloring agents, preservatives, or additives, to wild fish and other seafood products, wild mushrooms from our regions, fresh, dried, powdered, or frozen, its organic olive oils infused with the aromas of porcini, wild thyme, ... obtained through maceration, and its seasonal truffles, Maison Caudalie, established in Biarritz since 1998, conveys organic, natural, and wild excellence with a unique style, to rediscover the true taste of things. The caudalie is the measure of a wine's aromatic persistence in the mouth; it is primarily a matter of taste; thus, Maison Caudalie has made it a founding principle, in the name of the nobility of the gastronomic flavors it offers. The challenge here is to extract the substantial flavors of the sea, wild mushrooms, and olive oil so that the taste buds can soak in the excellence of the Earth's treasures. That is the taste that matters!
