WINE COMPANY LOCATED IN THE FRASCATI AREA SOUTH OF ROME, WHICH VINIFIES GRAPES FROM ITS OWN VINEYARDS. The company is situated on the hill of the same name, 200 meters above sea level, south of Rome, in an area historically dedicated to the production of Frascati wine. In these lands rich in volcanic residues, in the heart of the Frascati DOC area, the company extends. The vineyards alternate with olive groves and fields, creating a good model of biodiversity. The soil is of volcanic origin, and the most widespread grape variety is the Malvasia bianca del Lazio. Our attention to the territory and commitment to its sustainability have materialized in the production of typical wines from the area. Our pursuit of quality begins with the control of the entire supply chain and is a combination of respect for tradition and technology. Together with our winemaker, we verify all stages of production, from harvesting to the vinification of still white wines, red wines processed using traditional methods, and sparkling wines in both white and rosé versions made using the Charmat method.
