Olio Borrelli was born from the idea and strong desire to promote and spread our product around the world, highlighting the tastes, colors, and flavors of your cuisine. I am Luigi Borrelli, the owner of OLIO BORRELLI and a family-run producer of Peranzana extra virgin olive oil for decades. I decided, through the increasingly popular medium of the web, to extend my production to the entire world to introduce this monocultivar oil, with its unique organoleptic qualities, to all enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts of extra virgin olive oil. The company's goal is to make even those less experienced in the field aware of the great qualities of our olives, particularly the Peranzana cultivar. The production takes place in Northern Puglia, in Alta Daunia, more precisely in Torremaggiore in the province of Foggia, thus obtaining a 100% Made in Italy Italian oil with guaranteed origin. The land has been personally cultivated with care and passion for about 80 years, entirely naturally, without the use of chemical products and pesticides that could compromise the quality of the product. These are the same lands that my father worked, and even before him, my grandfather. It is thanks to him that we have what we do today, due to his perseverance and foresight, when, during World War II, in a historically difficult period, he planted the olive trees from which the extra virgin olive oil of PERANZANA is now extracted, using cold extraction.
