We are located in the southeastern plateau of Sicily, in the province of Ragusa, in the territory of Chiaramonte Gulfi. We specialize in the cultivation of table grapes, olive oil, and in recent years we have added some fruit trees and aromatic plants. Always fresh ingredients, our ingredients have a distinctive flavor; we use only local products from our company. To care for our plants, we use natural methods. Wild Figs The natural habitat of our coast where the prickly pears grow is terraced, allowing them to preserve all their organoleptic characteristics, trace elements, and amino acids contained. Table Grapes Sicily is the second largest producer of table grapes in Italy. Thanks to the subtropical Mediterranean pedo-climatic conditions, we can be present in the markets from July to October, with the varieties of grapes Vittoria, Italia, and Apirene. Olive Oil Olive oil - from pruning to harvesting, to cold pressing, up to packaging - only through our hands. Trees are irrigated with a micro-drip system for rational water management. Natural Methods Diseases and pests are prevented with natural methods. We do not use pesticides or herbicides; our products grow in respect for nature; inoculating the soil with rhizobacteria and adding compost for plant nourishment.
