As Alta Naturel, we are a company established with the aim of bringing the very valuable products of our Çukurova region to our consumers in the most natural way, adding value to them. We produce natural fermented vinegars (orange vinegar, grapefruit vinegar, tangerine vinegar, apple vinegar, strawberry vinegar) from fruits grown in the precious soils of our region, natural and additive-free dried fruits (dried apple, dried pear, dried orange, dried tangerine, dried strawberry, dried plum, dried grapefruit), and homemade-style jams made with traditional methods (strawberry jam, sour cherry jam, yellow cherry jam), and we are continuously expanding our product range. Our production facility holds ISO certifications and we are also a business with Halal Food certification. Our process management for FSSC 22000, which is a GFSI approved document, is ongoing.
