ALINE CHOCOLATIERE reinvents the classics of chocolate confectionery in the Bastia style. It’s all of Corsica captured in chocolate treats: a subtle marriage between the treasures of the Isle of Beauty and fine chocolate, featuring honey, citrus fruits, hazelnuts, the treasures of the maquis, and the iconic Canistrelli that evoke childhood memories and promise surprising and unique taste experiences. Several years ago, the Giammertini sisters combined their talents to create the Aline Chocolatière brand. They established their production workshop and administrative offices in the artisan zone of FURIANI (Haute Corse). Surrounded by a dynamic and professional team, supported by the expertise of master chocolatier Jean-Philippe Roy, they are the only ones to have made chocolate their sole specialty.
