1TECOplast is a medium-sized company that has been working since 1997 with highly motivated employees and precision CNC machines on economic solutions in the processing of technical precision parts made from thermoplastic plastics. 1TECOplast manufactures technical precision parts from bulk plastics such as PE or PP, through engineering plastics like PA or POM, to high-performance plastics such as PPS, PEEK, PVDF, or PSU. 1TECOplast can process nearly all semi-finished products available on the market, including fiber-reinforced plastics. The precision products manufactured by the company are tested, among other methods, using a 3-D measuring machine. In many areas of mechanical engineering, food technology, and packaging technology, highly stressed and complex parts made from various plastics are required. This is where our expertise in plastic turning and plastic milling comes into play. With the subtractive processes, plastic turned parts and plastic milled parts can be produced efficiently while adhering to the desired tolerances, loads, and wall thicknesses. It is also possible to rework your injection molded parts using subtractive methods.
