ZIS Industrietechnik GmbH is the specialist for cutting pipes, profiles, and heavy plates. Based on our in-house developed CNC machines and programming software, we manufacture even the most complex contours through milling, plasma, and/or flame cutting. As part of contract manufacturing, we supply customers across Europe from the steel construction, crane construction, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, and offshore wind energy sectors with precisely profiled components. The ongoing welding training of our employees ensures knowledge of industry-specific requirements and standards (e.g., material traceability, preparation of weld seams). This prevents rework, reduces welding time, and leads to reliable weld connections. With mobile CNC machines, we can also work on-site - at the construction site or in the steel construction company - thus avoiding logistics and transport costs. With our experience in mechanical engineering, software development, and cutting technology, we help our customers solve their cutting technology problems. This extends to the design and construction of corresponding machines and systems, as well as the delivery of associated software.
