Located in the Chevreuse Valley, in a third-place agricultural space that brings together local producers, processors, and artists (promoting short circuits and synergy with producers), ZILOA is bursting with plant flavors! In our new laboratory, our team creates organic and original recipes packaged in compostable materials. We manufacture 2 main collections of recipes: 1/ Dehydrated products: - "sports" range, fruit bars made from date paste, multi-flavor energy pearls..., - "aperitif" range, mixes of dried fruits and nuts seasoned by us, - "breakfast" range, cocktails of super fruits (Goji, Mulberries, Inca Berries, and Cranberries…), mueslis, and dried fruits, - "flavors ++" range to enhance the taste of dishes or salads. 2/ Fresh products (coming soon): homemade plain seitan (with or without gluten) and world flavor recipes based on seitan, paos (steamed buns stuffed with eggplants, mushrooms), sun-drenched spreads for the aperitif, various flavored spreads for breakfast, "miniatures" of vitamin-rich fruit/vegetable concentrates... All these products are delicious dishes that fit into the meals or snacks of those who want to enjoy new original and tasty plant-based recipes, and they will also appeal to vegetarians, vegans, and flexitarians.
