1958
Wilhelm Neth founded the Neth Maschinenfabrik. The company quickly developed into a renowned supplier of high-precision boring work for the machine tool industry in Southern Germany.
In the 1970s, milling centers and grinding machines were developed for in-house production, and extensive know-how for the manufacture of special machines was acquired. Neth is a supplier for numerous market leaders in German mechanical engineering.
1988
As a subsidiary, WINEMA Maschinenbau GmbH was established. It took over parts of an existing rotary indexing machine program, which primarily develops and builds cam-controlled rotary indexing machines.
1988 – 1999
WINEMA further developed the existing rotary indexing machines and transitioned from hydraulically controlled to CNC drives. The RV and RH series with Siemens-controlled machining units was successfully introduced to the market. The machine concept was fundamentally revised. Winema developed the slant bed concept and positioned the unit carriers to the right and left of the indexing plate.
2000
Eckhard Neth, the son of the company founder, took sole responsibility for the affairs of WINEMA and the further development of the RV rotary indexing machine series: the RV 20 Flexmaster with new, fast spindle units was born.
2002
Eckhard Neth acquired the shares of WINEMA GmbH and became the managing partner. The RV 20 Flexmaster celebrated its first successes in the market, and WINEMA was able to excite renowned customers with the machine concept.
2008
Move to the new production hall in Grosselfingen with approximately 2,000 m² of space for administration and production.
2009/2010
Expansion of in-house production for milled parts with 2 Spinner 5-axis milling machines, making our component production independent of long delivery times from our suppliers.
The RV 10 Flexmaster sets new standards in rotary indexing machining with cycle times that were previously reserved for cam-controlled machines.
2013
Acquisition of another production hall and expansion of production areas by 1,000 m².
2015
The RV 30 Flexmaster expands the machine series with a machine for workpieces with larger diameters.
The WINEMA RV 10 Flexmaster is the logical continuation of the Flexmaster concept for the production of small workpieces.
