Weisig Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Alfeld, has been developing, producing, and distributing construction trailers, construction and office containers, as well as spraying machines for road construction under the registered trademark Weiro ® for over 50 years. Weisig Maschinenbau GmbH is a family-owned business. The company was founded in 1949 when Johann Weisig settled in Roloven near Hanover and established a metalworking shop. Since then, the company has carried the trademark "WEIRO®", with "RO" referring to its founding in Roloven. Our production program includes construction trailers, bitumen spraying machines for road construction, as well as office and rest containers. The first WEIRO construction trailer left the workshop of company founder Johann Weisig in 1952. With the relocation to the current site in Alfeld - Dehnsen in 1958, the production program was expanded to include spraying machines, and in the 1970s, container construction became another pillar of the business. Today, we employ around 65 staff from various professions. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
