In 1964, our family business was founded in North Rhine-Westphalia by Paul Vielhaber. In 1996, the company was taken over by Udo Vielhaber, marking our entry into CNC technology. Since then, we have adhered to the principle: Quality is not a coincidence! Our customers expect products of first-class quality. So do we! Therefore, we have established a quality management system that allows us to manage and control our processes within the company. However, we do not get lost in complicated and confusing subtleties or formalities; instead, we have defined practical guidelines that are easily understandable and applicable in day-to-day operations. These guidelines provide employees with key performance indicators by which they and their contributions are measured, and they present transparent processes tailored to specific requirements. In conjunction with well-structured, clean workplaces and a collaboration based on trust and a shared commitment to success, our guidelines demonstrate that sometimes less is more. Performance is where it can be measured and experienced. Our various certifications, which we undergo at regular intervals, prove that we can also pass the strictest testing procedures with this philosophy. We process metal with over 30 employees on a 2000 square meter area in Attendorn in the Sauerland region. Today, we manufacture for the automotive industry, agricultural technology, industrial and conveyor vehicle technology, clamping and safety technology, as well as for window construction on a total of 15 CNC machining machines.
