As a dairy specialist, Uelzena eG produces and markets a wide range of milk-based ingredients such as butter, butterfat, skimmed milk powder, and sweetened condensed milk in the business area "Uelzena Ingredients". The cross-location business field of ingredients includes three production sites and two sales locations, as well as a joint venture of the Uelzena Group, a dairy cooperative based in Northern Germany. Customers include well-known brand manufacturers and industrial producers of baked goods, confectionery, ice cream, delicatessen, desserts, and other food products across Europe and beyond.
